Tesh Johnson is a professional speaker, leadership coach, and workshop facilitator with a deep commitment to transformational leadership. A former athlete, Tesh dedicated her life and her identity to basketball before discovering her ability to inspire others beyond the court. Tesh's life story is one filled with challenges and victories. Her early life was stamped by transformative experiences that shaped her unshakable confidence and resilience, allowing her to walk into every room with boldness and challenge A-players to achieve greatness at the highest level. From High School Salutatorian to CEO, Tesh's journey led to uncovering her natural gifts and learning how to apply the principles of sport—mindset, leadership, and teamwork—to build influence and drive impact across industries.
With a diverse leadership background spanning corporate sales, collegiate athletics, nonprofit education, and law enforcement, Tesh brings a unique perspective to every audience she addresses with firsthand experience in building thriving teams, leading with grace, and embracing change in any environment. Her multifaceted experiences have shaped her ability to connect with individuals and teams on a deeper level, empowering them to turn challenges into opportunities and align their efforts with their purpose.
